コレクションでコンテンツを整理
必要に応じて、コンテンツの保存と分類を行います。
リソースのアクセス制御ポリシーを取得します。リソースが存在し、ポリシーが設定されていない場合は、空のポリシーを返します。

この URL は gRPC Transcoding 構文を使用します。
