rpc Search(SearchGoogleAdsRequest) returns (SearchGoogleAdsResponse)

Returns all rows that match the search query. Uses pagination (next_page_token) with up to 10,000 rows per page. For result sets larger than 10,000 rows, prefer GoogleAdsService.SearchStream. To build and validate queries, use the Google Ads Query Builder.
