rpc SearchStream(SearchGoogleAdsStreamRequest) returns (SearchGoogleAdsStreamResponse)

Returns all rows that match the search stream query. Streams batches of rows over a single connection without pagination overhead, making it preferred over GoogleAdsService.Search for large result sets (> 10,000 rows). To build and validate queries, use the Google Ads Query Builder.
