A single operation on a customer lifecycle goal.

Fields
`operation` Union field. The mutate operation. `operation` can be only one of the following:
`create`	`CustomerLifecycleGoal` Create operation: Create a new customer lifecycle goal.
`update`	`CustomerLifecycleGoal` Update operation: Update an existing customer lifecycle goal.
`update_mask`	`FieldMask` Optional. FieldMask that determines which resource fields are modified in an update.
